We only replace damaged or defective products. If you need to exchange for the same or a different item, please send us an email and wait for a response via email for instructions. Exchanges are not valid on sale items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
