I Accidentally Entered The Wrong Address - What Do I Do?Updated 2 years ago

If you enter the incorrect address, please reach out to our team as soon as possible to make the correction – you must receive an email confirmation that the update has been made. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, please let us know of the error but no updates can be made as the order has already left our facility. We must wait for the carrier to return the order before proceeding with a re-shipment. Please expect a delay. Re-shipments are not covered by COBIA and must be paid by customers.
