I Want To Return Something + It's Been < 30 DaysUpdated a year ago
If you wish to make a return between 0-30 days post-purchase for lightly used and unused products, reach out to our customer service team to initiate the process. Please include your order number, the specific products you wish to return, the reason for the return and if the products have been used or not. We will send a pre-paid shipping label for you to send the return back and will issue a refund to the original form of payment upon receipt of the return. All returns must be dropped off at the carrier for shipment within 14 days of receiving your pre-paid shipping label. If you do not drop off your return within 14 days, your return is no longer eligible and it will not be accepted. It can take up to 2 weeks to process a return and issue your refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed. Please allow 1-4 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items or gift cards.
