If you wish to make a return between 31-60 days post-purchase, you are still eligible for a credit. The credit is valid online only towards future purchases and does not expire. Please include your order number, the specific products you wish to return, the reason for the return and if the products have been used or not. Return Shipping is not covered by COBIA and must be paid for by the customer. We will then issue an online credit upon receipt of the return. Original shipping costs are not refunded. It can take up to 2 weeks to process a return and issue your credit. You will be notified via email when the credit has been processed. The email will contain the credit redemption code and details.

Please note: Products that are 31-60 days old are only accepted if they are in new condition and unused so they can be safely donated to those in need. Sale items, clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
