My Tracking Says Delivered But I Can't Find The Package?Updated a year ago

  1. If you have received a shipping update from the courier that says your order has been delivered, but you cannot locate the order, please use your tracking number and determine where exactly the order was left by the carrier (community mailbox, front door, apartment concierge etc.).
  2. If you cannot locate the package after 24 hours - please contact the carrier (Canada Post within Canada) here and proceed through the steps as indicated.
  3. If you start an investigation with the carrier - please note the ticket number.
  4. If the investigation results in the package not being located, feel free to reach out to our customer service team and we can assist you further. Please provide the ticket number from the carrier in your initial email to us.

You MUST contact the carrier prior to contacting the COBIA customer service team for missing packages. If you contact COBIA first, we will direct you to the above information.

  • Special circumstances:
    1. If your order was sent with a signature required for delivery and the courier provides proof that the order was delivered to the correct address and the package was signed for, we reserve the right to refuse a re-shipment or refund.
